Flint Hills announces $43 million expansion at Rosemount refinery

As Flint Hills Resources nears completion of a $30 million Contractor Building at its 60-year-old Pine Bend refinery in Rosemount, the company announced today it will also build a $13 million expansion of its laboratory.
